Zelda 40th Direct to show Ocarina of Time remake and anniversary plans

Nintendo will host a Legend of Zelda 40th Anniversary Direct on September 8 that will present anniversary initiatives beyond video games and include a look at an Ocarina of Time remake. One post estimated the Zelda Direct will run about 30 minutes. The schedule of events that week also lists a separate Nintendo Direct on September 9, about 45 minutes, followed by a Nintendo Treehouse broadcast of roughly 110 minutes. Nintendo’s announcement specifically said the presentation will cover non-game anniversary initiatives as well as details on The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time.
