VTubers host Zelda Direct watch parties and streams

Across V Sky and English VTuber communities, multiple VTubers ran live watch parties and reaction streams for Nintendo's Zelda 40th Direct, announcing "watching Zelda Direct" or "watching Zelda Direct and more" on their channels. Presenters called out specific Direct reveals in-stream, praising the Sage of the Forest design and reacting to an Ocarina of Time remake tease, including a recurring character dubbed "the hot bazaar shop guy." Several streams paired the Direct reaction with gameplay or follow-up sessions, for example continuing Dark Souls 1 randomizer runs or jumping into other retro and indie titles immediately after. Streamers posted schedule updates and live links for viewers, and some coordinated co-streams or multi-host sessions during the Direct window. Channels signaled continued coverage across the week with additional streams and game nights tied to the Zelda celebrations.
