In case you're wondering Double X was basically 7 again, but since it was released for PSP and Xbox Live Arcade, it has vastly superior graphics, QoL improvements here and there and FUCKING PLAYABLE LEONA Which alone makes it plain better

My guess is that they're missing because they have some form of contracts with the developers of the other ports. 1st and 2nd Mission are in Vol. 1 of the NGPC collection and have their own double pack, presumably from the same dev.
