On September 12, 2026 AEW Collision at the Mass Mutual Center in Springfield, Massachusetts ran a tribute show to Andy "The Butcher" Williams headlined by a 12-man Butcher Battle Royal. The ring held Butcher's guitar, a flower wreath and a photo, the show opened with a 10-bell salute and a video package, and Tony Schiavone, Paul Wight and Nigel McGuinness shared on-air remembrances. AEW noted Butcher holds the promotion's record for most battle royal eliminations and announced the Battle Royal winner would receive $100,000 to donate to a charity in Williams's name. Daniel Garcia won the Butcher Battle Royal and visibly broke down after the match; AEW aired messages from Brody King, Colt Cabana, Justin Roberts, Penelope Ford, Jeff Jarrett and Kip Sabian. Other card highlights included Mina Shirakawa teaming with Queen Aminata with Mercedes Moné serving as special guest commentator and Jon Moxley versus Speedball Mike Bailey in a Continental Title Eliminator match. The $100,000 charitable donation in Andy Williams's name was set as the direct outcome of the main event victory.
