Spider-Man: Brand New Day theatrical window extended to Nov 16
The theatrical release window for ‘SPIDER-MAN: BRAND NEW DAY’ will be extended until November 16. The longest window for a Sony film since ‘Spider-Man: No Way Home’
Superhero movies are dying, huh?
Whoa! Now this movie really has a chance to outdo James Cameron's Avatar being the highest grossing film worldwide.
That is amazing. Well deserved but man it’s insane @mvbrat10.bsky.social @nerdobaggins.bsky.social @ryanjrobotham.bsky.social @bvlikeslinguica.bsky.social @gonzaegonza91.bsky.social @scalawagjack.bsky.social @thanosprime.bsky.social
Fcuk that’s a long time.
If Spider-Man: Brand New Day can still be better and more beloved than it's more ambitious, high-stakes, and fanservice heavy predecessor... SO CAN THE NEXT SUPER SMASH BROTHERS GAME.
Smash fans have really gotta accept we do not need, like, half of ultimate's roster. Big fuckoff rosters should be reserved for mods, fangames, or mugen.
I personally preferred No Way Home over Brand New Day but I see the point.
Spider-Man wasn’t licensing multiple characters from Dark Horse and Image whose absence would be conspicuous in a sequel
I want to believe this, and maybe down the line it would be. I don't say this to put down Logan's post but more so springboard into a greater thought it sparked BUT I think the difference is that Spider-Man's fandom isn't like Smash's fandom 🧵
People genuinely believe that a Smash 6 is impossible due to it having no chance at topping what Ultimate did. Meanwhile Mario Kart World is literally right there offering the perfect solution: JUST DO SOMETHING COMPLETELY NEW AND DIFFERENT.
