OK, fellow copyright lawyers... If it's a campaign ad Trump wouldn't have sovereign immunity for the infringement. Is he trying to make it a "US government" to get around his own potential liability? (Along with the self-enrichment?) Really curious to see how he's named in the lawsuit...
