While not every design is hitting for me, I truly appreciate the character diversity in Fire Emblem: Fortune's Weave. Maybe the most diverse cast I've seen in a Japanese RPG?

Well, if certain content features in Fortune's Weave are an indicator, Fire Emblem may finally be reaching its "Final Fantasy VII" entry (if it hasn't already). At that point, it's a matter of the universe it will take place in, be it Tellius, Archanea, or something new entirely.
