AEW Dynamite tribute to Pac, Moxley promo and ten‑bell salute

AEW Dynamite on September 30 opened with a Jon Moxley promo and a ten-bell salute honoring Pac, who died September 27 at age 40. Excalibur and Tony Schiavone introduced the show, and Schiavone cued the final recorded footage of Pac: Moxley surrounded by the Death Riders outside the NOW Arena after his loss to Will Ospreay at AEW All Out 2026. In the promo Moxley congratulated Ospreay, warned that the real work has just begun, and spoke about cherishing life, eulogies, and remembering those you lose. The segment ended with Moxley and the Death Riders leaving the frame, Pac the last to exit. Back in the arena the entire AEW roster gathered on the entrance ramp for a ten-bell salute; many performers wore Pac armbands and shirts, with shirt proceeds designated for the Satterley family. Referee Bryce Remsburg carried Pac’s trademark towel as part of the in-arena tributes.

Just a massive huge thank you and congratulations to everyone involved in the creation of tonight's AEW Dynamite.
