Capcom delivers record H1 software sales thanks to catalog titles and brisk starts from Pragmata and Onimusha

Capcom has reported its highest-ever unit sales for a first-half-year period in its latest earnings results. The company released Pragamata and Onimusha: Way of the Sword during this specific timeframe, however the best-selling game was actually the Resident Evil 4 remake at 3.5 million units.

Also finished up Leon B run on Resident Evil 2. Really enjoyed the game overall. The temptation to start something new is real, but I think I'm gonna hold off and just continue with P3R and Cyberpunk (which were in my rotation anyway) until a certain game comes out on November 5th...

The smartest thing resident evil ever did was making each game a three act structure where the first third is survival horror, the second act is action horror as you get to grips with the systems through experience, and the third act is basically horror-themed action as you master the systems.
