Queen's Domain continues to be great, but I think it has some big tone issues. I've seen others talk about the music hurting the atmosphere, but I think that's only part of it... it's not as dark & immersive as King's Field nor as charming & over-the-top as Lunacid, it's stuck in a weird in-between

It's more henson-esque, pre-Jackon's LotR fantasy. I think it has its specific charm, something between pulpy short story straight out of Amazing Stories magazine and modern 'acid fantasy' kitchen sink. I agree it that tonally it has very low highs and very high lows, though.
