Star Wars: Galactic Racer, release date October 6 announced
Lucasfilm Games and Fuse Games announced Star Wars: Galactic Racer will launch worldwide on October 6, 2026, for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, Steam and the Epic Games Store. Pre-orders are open now with a Digital Standard edition at $59.99, Deluxe at $79.99 and a Physical Collector’s Edition at $159.99, plus a pre-order bonus. Described by the developers as a runs-based, high-stakes reinvention of racing set in the Outer Rim, the game promises fast-paced courses, cinematic Star Wars locations and new vehicle mechanics. The release matters because it expands Lucasfilm Games into arcade-style competitive racing and offers a fresh multiplayer Star Wars experience for console and PC players.
