Having this motion granted might be the best thing for DOJ. Seems like this prosecution is so ridiculous that AUSAs could face serious sanctions for bringing it.

Good. After the Abrego Garcia case, followed by the Broadview 6 case, there’s ample reason to doubt this DOJ
