Iran says draft US deal includes oil sanctions waiver, nuclear limits and asset release
As if Netanyahu will allow a peace deal to happen … The likelihood of a deal in Iran was thrown into doubt today when Israel struck what it called a Hezbollah command center in Beirut's suburbs. Iran warned it may abandon negotiations with the US & respond militarily. www.wsj.com/world/middle...
Netanyahu has no interest in peace potentially followed by jail time
Netanyahu: Don't worry about causing inflation. Trump: Yes sir. Netanyahu: Now stop bothering me with your stupid questions. Trump: Yes sir. Netanyahu: You reek. Trump: Yes sir.
Iran already said theres no deal. The felon liar gets these news outlets to keep repeating his bs.
Trump started it anyway! He can blame anyone he wants 🙄 bsky.app/profile/midd...
If Trump said it, then there will be a deal. He always tells the truth!
There are no incentives for Iran to end this war as it stands and they’ve got the US bleeding and facing a crisis of historic proportion. Couple that with Israel refusing to comply and continuing with Lebanon and I still can’t believe corporate news keeps portraying this as a done deal.
It just makes no sense whatsoever for Iran to accept a deal that pales in comparison to the money and power they’ll gain by keeping the Strait closed, not to mention they’ve got the US checkmated. Add to that Trump’s incompetence / lying and Israel’s own agenda and just…no.
Iran is very clear that a whole bunch of things have to happen (return of 1/2 their funds, end to Israel slaughtering Lebanon, etc) immediately before they'll even begin a 60 day period of consideration toward an agreement. www.aljazeera.com/news/2026/6/...
It’s today’s official story that pleases the markets, so I expect corporate media to report it uncritically
Pete Hegesth, "Obama begged Iran for a deal, we bombed Iran" Journalist, "The JCPOA (Iran deal) did that too" Hegseth, "We devastated their military" Imagine celebrating achieving the thing a previous president achieved without killing the 3,000+ Iranians dead since the US/Israel attacks
Then imagine gloating about a blockade in response to the closing of the strait of Hormuz which has caused global economic turmoil as if that is something to celebrate It's like a scene from Idiocracy
They know they lost the war and achieved less with violence than Obama did by negotiation. Now it's full on bullshit to try to persuade their base otherwise.
Not to mention the minor point that Obama negotiated a deal with Iran that included surveillance of their nuclear enrichment which Trump broke, and which, if we are lucky is where we’ll end up again after the shitshow of the past couple of years.
If a moronic, cognitively impaired sociopath puts a sycophantic, fourth-rate, drunken TV sofa host in charge of the largest military force in history, expect dumb fuckery.
A diplomat involved in US-Iran peace talks says Israeli strikes on Beirut, Lebanon, today have created issues with finalizing a deal, per Fox News. The diplomat says the strikes are an attempt to "sabotage President Trump's deal and drag the US back into war."
This is the game for anybody who hasn’t figured it out yet. The US plays “good cop” manipulating markets with news of deals that are vapor, “bad cop” Israel drops bombs we gave them to scuttle it. Its happened at least six times now.
Netanyahu’s future as PM rests on this. He needs the perma war with Iran. Netanyahu took an unnecessary risk here IMO as I don’t think Iran was ever going to sign an agreement and Republicans don’t like Trump’s terms. Middle East war next? @angrystaffer.bsky.social @jenpsaki.bsky.social
