Missile strike hits Voronezh semiconductor plant
More details have emerged regarding the struck and now burning factory in Voronezh, Russia. The Semiconductor Devices Plant produces parts for air defense, ballistic and cruise missiles, so basically the only products Russia is currently manufacturing. Devastating for them.
Components for X-101 and Iskander-K cruise missiles and some components in 72V6 Pantsir-S1 vehicle I think majority of missile components are all foreign, but this is some of the rare locally produced ones.
Looks like more than one hit. Nice.
Just the water-damage from putting out the fire will be significant 😀
So depressing that there must be, inevitably, to come. Ukraine is more than an idea it is sovereign, implacable. Slava Ukraine
🎯 This looks like a mojor hit. Seems like Ukraine pulled of the white gloves now 💣😎
If the manufacturing clean rooms were hit, that will take quite some effort and rubles to rebuild. tsi.com/electronics-...
According to reports, at least 9 missiles flew toward Voronezh. The strike hit a plant that manufactures Pantsir systems, as well as components for Iskander-K and Kh-101 missiles.
Wondering if RU can produce elsewhere those components for Kh-101 and Iskander-K (UVK-208 and Zarya-61M guidance computer). Because I absolutely dont think these missiles can be used in any way without these components. Kh-101 is most crucial cruise missile in RU arsenal, launched from bombers.
Huge thank you to ruskis for providing good damage assesment!
This is HUGE!!! 🇺🇦😳🇪🇺 Well done!!! 🇺🇦💪🇪🇺 bsky.app/profile/spec...
Russia could stop this at any time. But russia is like a man who stuffed his hand in a meat grinder and refuses to pull it out.
"We've got something delicious going on here. Check it out." (00:00:41)
The aftermath of the missile strike on the Russian Voronezh Semiconductor Devices Plant.
I do respect the Ukrainians for targeting military objects only so far…. I could imagine the temptation to show Russia it could do the same in Moscow what Russia does in the entire Ukraine.
This is how to close a factory in Ruzzia.
Today semiconductors, next year whole conductors!
I hope is includes a required clean room. They take a long time to meet requirements after careful construction.
Nice, what's on the menu next? 😉
Thanks for marking the destroyed part of the building with fire and flames Ukraine. Because honestly the rest of it is so severely dilapidated. Even Russias most advanced industry looks like it came straight from a post-apocalyptic war movie. What a 💩🕳️ 🇺🇦🌻💪
Damage reminds me of the flamingo strikes a few days back, once they actually hit the dang thing of course.
More footage from Voronezh. The VZPP-S semiconductor plant was hit on at least two separate places and is now burning. #Russia
If they breached the clean room of a semiconductor manufacturing plant it means it will be offline for a (very) long time.
Great target. Hopefully that will affect Russian drone construction quite a bit. (China will still sell though)Maybe Russia needs to get back to radio tubes? 😄
1/ Dozens of specialist workers were likely killed or wounded in today's Ukrainian strike in Voronezh. Russian warbloggers are dismayed, complain that the Russian government is ignoring it, and call for London to be nuked in retaliation. ⬇️ bsky.app/profile/anto...
2/ Heavy missiles (it's not yet clear what type; the Russian warbloggers assume a UK/French Storm Shadow or SCALP/ER) have caused heavy damage and raging fires at the Voronezh Semiconductor Devices Plant, a vital element of Russia's missile production chain.
Are they stupid? Asking for a friend.
The 🇷🇺 fascists attack civilian targets in the form of residential buildings at night for exactly the reason that there are more likely to be people at home sleeping. Then during the day they drone drop grenades on mothers wheeling prams in Kherson. F##king 🇷🇺 scum 🖕🏻
Theater of Mariupol and so much more, mfs!
God, what a whiny bunch of hypocritical snowflake bastards the Russians are 🙄😂
Karma is a bitch www.businessinsider.com/russia-socia...
Nothing just semiconductors turned to fullsmokers
So, do they not realize that their threats of nuking a NATO country are just them admitting that they are out of conventional options? That they are losing so badly they have to default to what everyone knows is their last resort? Arrogant, homicidal sociopathic Russians
"PS: On our beloved radio station Vesti FM, there's not a single word about Voronezh. Voronezh doesn't exist. This is just the way we live." Is Voronezh in Moscow or in St Petersburg? No? Then it indeed does not matter to the Kremlin.
Why is it London they allways want nuked? British be living rent free in their heads.
They’re unlikely to nuke London - too many Russian oligarchs have property and family there.
Seems like a reasonable 1 for 1: Ukraine drone strikes a small Russian city, so Russia nukes London.
