Rhythm Heaven Groove demo now available

Rhythm Heaven Groove has a free "Starter Demo" now available on the Nintendo Switch eShop, offering a hands-on preview ahead of the game's July 2 release. 99% certain this is a real memory. At GDC 2009 (my first one) Nintendo held a big presentation. At the end, they told everyone to reach under their chairs. I obeyed the Oprah instructions and found a copy of the yet-to-be-released Rhythm Heaven for the DS. I thought this would be every event

I remember looking up pre-YouTube videos of the Japan-only Rhythm Heaven for GBA on the computers at my college library and pantomiming the button presses to remove the onion’s beard thinking, “Man. I wish I could actually play this.” And now kids can just download a demo for free. And they should.

the ui is horrible looking (im not counting the startup menu but everything else looks like placeholder ui its so basic) and there’s a song in it that’s just in japanese and now i’m like Really worried that the songs might not even be dubbed like why would they not use the dubbed version..
