Jarren Duran delivered a 10th inning RBI single to lift the Boston Red Sox to a 5-4 walk-off win over the New York Yankees, completing a four-game sweep at Fenway Park. Boston scored three runs in the bottom of the 10th after falling behind 4-2, turning a late Yankees rally into a loss. Yankees starter Sonny Gray carried a no-hitter into the eighth inning before the game opened up. The victory gave the Red Sox their fourth straight win in the series and was part of a stretch in which Boston has won seven of ten games; the club is listed in sample posts at 36-46. The walk-off finish ended a wild, late-game sequence in which New York had tied the game in the ninth but could not hold it in extras.
