Novak Djokovic recorded his 105th Wimbledon men's singles match win, drawing level with Roger Federer, after beating France's Arthur Rinderknech 7-5, 6-4, 1-6, 7-6(4) in the third round in London on July 3. The match lasted over three hours on Centre Court and moved Djokovic into the tournament fourth round. Olympic sprint great Usain Bolt watched from the Royal Box alongside former UK prime minister Rishi Sunak and actor Joseph Fiennes, with photographs and videos of Bolt at Centre Court circulating on social media. Djokovic subsequently offered an update on his fitness following the win, and media coverage questioned whether the performance reinforced his status as a title favourite. The victory continues Djokovic's push through Wimbledon 2026 while matching Federer's all-time tournament win total.
