Spider-Man: Brand New Day, Shanghai premiere teases Venom return

At the Shanghai premiere of Spider-Man: Brand New Day, Tom Holland and Zendaya appeared to promote the film; Zendaya wore Versace SS16 couture with Rolex and Chopard jewelry. Holland was asked whether the Venom symbiote appears and said, "I can't answer that question. But I'm sure that one day we'll get to see the symbiote." Promotional materials and new TV spots have been released as the film counts down to its July 31 theatrical release, and some theaters report Dolby screenings nearly sold out for opening weekend. Director Destin Daniel Cretton has been speaking about his role in the film's production in recent interviews. The Shanghai appearance accompanies regional promotion that includes new clips and a TV spot featuring NF's "Give Me A Reason."
