Strange New Worlds Season 4 premiere hints at possible key character death
🚨SPOILERS🚨 WTH Just Happened?! Seán, Ellie & Tom are back with their first initial reaction video for Star Trek: Strange New Worlds 4.1 - Valles Marineris - full video OUT NOW! Watch here: youtu.be/X1E77FB44nE?... #StarTrek #StarTrekSNW #StrangeNewWorlds #Spoilers
The way the show's acting with these references like there's gonna be a crossover, even though we know there won't be, is going to get more irritating, if they keep on doing more 😄
I thought the reference to the TARDIS was funny. There has been a crossover of the fandoms in comics, so I don't see a problem of mentions in the shows. 😀 #DoctorWho #StarTrek
I truly did enjoy "Valles Marineris," but this was really the most important shot from the episode: another Vulcan baddie drinking water, room temperature.🤣🖖🏿 #StarTrek #StrangeNewWorlds
you say I'm thirsty lmao
She's an asshole, but not a baddie. I suspect she'll soften by the end of the season, or at the very least someone will give her a dressing down for being rude to a superior officer.

Oh joy, another predictably rude Vulcan in strange new worlds who’s mean to everyone and then a human attributes it to her simply being Vulcan… my favvoorriiittteeeee… /s

Watched S04E01 of Strange New Worlds last night. I'm not sure how I feel about it. On one hand, a good romp! On the other, I wish the writers had kept in mind in-universe rules a bit more...I like the *science* in my sci-fi, especially with respect to established canonical technology. (More below)
My biggest gripe was that it was described as the "main antimatter pod"...but was small enough to be carried like a steamer trunk? And equivocating that to the energy potential of a supernova? C'mon now, guys. These are issues easily skirted with some technobabble dialogue changes. Don't be...
I generally loved the episode but I have one quibble. "There is no fifth planet" could've used some work shopping.
Good to know going in! We are watching S4E1 tonight but love hearing thoughts from another Star Trek fan — especially one I can trust haha
nevermind the fact that the dinos they showed would be millions of years apart 🙄
