Frustrert uczeń11Yes. It's PG-13 in the US and 12A in the UK. There are bits where it looks like the characters might die (by which time you care about them), so it depends how comfortable he is with that sort of thing (that's very child dependent).
Matthew Borgard8My 9yo adored and jumped straight into the book (which at worst has occasional salty language). My 6yo had no issues with the movie. I'm a bit more permissive than some parents but there's nothing in the film that's objectionable imo.
