The event is running as part of Cyber Hearts' Bubble Matsuri and several streamers said they are raising money for Rainbow Railroad during the festival. Multiple participating VTubers advertised schedules, side streams, and charity fundraising throughout the event window, and community races and hangouts are scheduled across the day.
