We were in a Travelodge a couple of weeks back and a guy at reception was kicking off because he didn't have his key card and the receptionist (a young lady on her own, obviously) wouldn't let him in. They are so understaffed. A young lady shouldn't be put in that situation.

We were given someone else's room key in Travelodge last summer but fortunately, they weren't in it at the time. The staff couldn't have been less bothered.
