UEFA completed the 2026/27 Champions League league phase draw on Thursday, 27 August 2026, assigning each of the 36 qualified clubs eight opponents for the new league-format season. Arsenal were drawn to face Real Madrid at home, Bayern Munich away, Borussia Dortmund at home, Real Betis away, Lille at home, Napoli away, Sabah at home, and Slavia Praha away. Liverpool’s eight opponents include Atlético Madrid (home), Inter (away), Porto (home), Club Brugge (away), Villarreal (home), Fenerbahçe (away), Lens (home), and LASK (away). Manchester City drew PSG (home), Barcelona (away), Sporting CP (home), Porto (away), Napoli (home), RB Leipzig (away), AEK Athens (home), and Lens (away). Aston Villa will play Barcelona at Camp Nou in the league phase. The draw also sets the UEFA Youth League Champions League path fixtures to mirror the first six Champions League matchdays.
