DHS takes down post using Optimus Prime image

Hasbro on DHS’ use of Optimus Prime in their deportation slop.

I can't imagine the Tetris rightsholders are a larger company than Hasbro, but just the threat of a lawsuit from them was enough to get the White House to take down their racist Tetris clone. If you won't even threaten to sue the fuckers when you more than have the ability, you grant permission.

DHS took this post down because of the immediate backlash and outrage. This is incredibly racist and should have NEVER been posted. Anti-Sikh hate crimes increased 25% last year. Demonizing entire communities like this is unacceptable. Thank you to all the people who spoke out against this.

Tetris spoke up against the White House for making a rip-off of their game, & then the White House deleted it. Hasbro spoke up against Homeland Security for using Optimus Prime's image, & then Homeland Security deleted the posts. It's almost as if companies speaking up against the government work.

LRP I choose to believe that when Optimus Prime says "I have never killed a human" later in the film despite clearly killing lots of guys there, it's not because Age of Extinction is a strange and confused film, it's that he doesn't view member of ICE style organisations as human.

They’ve been very careful about showing Optimus Prime killing anything. He was less careful about killing Decepticons in this live-action series, but he’s never shown intentionally hurting a human. He shot this I Can’t Believe He’s Not Stephen Miller motherfucker like it was a honor and a gift.

Paramount doesn't own the rights to Transformers, Hasbro does. Hasbro's next move should be to sue this administration into oblivion but guess we'll have to see what happens next.
