When the companies building the most powerful AI systems are the ones asking to slow down, Washington probably shouldn’t still be debating whether there’s anything to worry about. You can stay ahead of China and still insist on guardrails.
The Trump Administration has forgotten how to act in the best interests of Americans. Sitting on their hands has become the norm for Trump and the Republican Congress.
