Braden Peters, the 20-year-old influencer known as Clavicular, has been charged in Massachusetts with giving alcohol to a 17-year-old and raping her, prosecutors say. Massachusetts court records and reporting by the New York Times and NBC list charges including one count of rape, one count of drugging someone for sexual intercourse, and one count of procuring liquor for someone under 21. Authorities allege Peters gave the girl vodka on a livestream in May and then had sex with her when she was unable to give consent. Peters denies the charges, and one of his lawyers has said he is innocent. The case is now pending in Massachusetts courts under those criminal and drug-related counts.
