You can tell the WPBL is a legit league because they're letting a billionaire hold the trophy before the actual players who won it.

I'm so proud of the Firebells. I'm so proud of every player on every team. Three years ago, I met Kelsie Whitmore's dad during her first start for the @oaklandballers.bsky.social. I said I didn't expect I would see such a wonderful thing in my whole life. I didn't dare dream of the #wpbl.
