The 2026 WNBA Playoffs bracket is set: No. 1 Minnesota Lynx will face No. 8 New York Liberty, No. 2 Golden State Valkyries will face No. 7 Dallas Wings, No. 3 Las Vegas Aces will face No. 6 Indiana Fever, and No. 4 Atlanta Dream will face No. 5 Washington Mystics. ESPN contributor Alexa Philippou posted the bracket as the matchups were confirmed. All first-round Game 1s are scheduled for Sunday, September 27, and the opening round will be a best-of-three series. Indiana will open on the road against Las Vegas on September 27, according to game previews. The Dallas Wings reach the postseason after a major turnaround, improving from 10 wins last season to 27 wins this year. Minnesota will host Game 1 in Minneapolis as the top seed and the Dream will host their first-round games as the fourth seed.

The Mystics won the regular season series against the Dream including one game where they set a franchise record in blocks. Angel has to avoid trying to power through the Kira/Kiki double team and everyone has to hit their threes, especially Naz and DB because teams don’t game plan for them. #wnba
