Steven Borden hospitalized after injury at AEW All Out

At AEW All Out 2026 in the NOW Arena in Chicago, a tag match pitting The Don Callis Family’s Kevin Knight and Kyle Fletcher against Steven Borden and TNT Champion Darby Allin was stopped after a high-angle collision. Knight and Borden leapt from opposite top ropes, collided midair, and Borden landed back-first with his head striking the canvas; officials ended the match and ruled Fletcher and Knight the winners, earning a shot at the AEW World Tag Team Championship. AEW’s commentary team said Borden was conscious and was taken to a hospital for evaluation. AEW President Tony Khan told media, "Thankfully, Steven Borden, awake, responsive at the hospital and he had a CT scan and all the tests have come back good. So far, all good results and we’re hopeful Steven’s gonna be able to fly home tomorrow to his family," a quote transcribed by Fightful. AEW says it will provide further updates when available.
