United Empire expands, Brawling Birds align at All Out

At All Out Alex Windsor and Jamie Hayter, the Brawling Birds, signaled full alignment with Will Ospreay's United Empire after saving Ospreay from Marina Shafir and raising the faction's crown gesture. The Brawling Birds defeated Divine Dominion to retain the AEW World Women's Tag Team Titles in a violent, bloody street fight that reviewers and attendees described as hardcore and unpredictable. Several posts listed the AEW United Empire roster as Will Ospreay, Hayter, Windsor, Andrade, Speedball, and Akira, while some commentators questioned whether that is the faction's final lineup. The sequence both protected Ospreay in his match and effectively expanded United Empire's presence in AEW by adding a prominent women's tag team to the group.
