Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor has asked the High Court to quash the search warrants that led to his arrest in February, launching a judicial review against Thames Valley Police and the Central Criminal Court. The warrants were issued by a judge at the Central Criminal Court on 18 February, a day before Mountbatten-Windsor was arrested on suspicion of misconduct in public office and later interviewed under caution. Mountbatten-Windsor's lawyers are challenging the legality of warrants used to search his Marsh Farm property at Sandringham and Royal Lodge on the Windsor estate. A court hearing to consider the bid to quash the warrants is set to begin in private on Thursday afternoon. Thames Valley Police confirmed it is engaged in legal proceedings about warrants obtained from the Central Criminal Court and said it would not comment further while proceedings are ongoing. Mountbatten-Windsor, who lost his royal titles over his connections to Jeffrey Epstein, has consistently denied any wrongdoing in those associations. Thames Valley Police says its investigation is continuing.
