I agree. Keep COTA, get rid of the other US Grand Prixs to install Istanbul Park and Autodromo do Algarve.

In practice I imagine it'll only replace Zandvoort on the F1A calendar, but Percy makes a good point: Istanbul Park would be a much better place for F2 than Baku or Jeddah. Baku in particular is reliably crash strewn, and usually expensively too.
