DOJ says it accidentally disclosed secret Jack Smith documents to Judge Cannon
👀👀 DOJ inadvertently delivered Volume II of Jack Smith's report to the lawyers representing a defendant accused of improperly accessing/sending the report to herself. They notified Judge Cannon of the breach today. storage.courtlistener.com/recap/gov.us...
Does everyone have it except for the American people?
LOL... the current DOJ is like a sitcom about bad lawyers.
Sounds like those lawyers can be American hero’s by leaking that report just like the DOJ did!
And defense counsel did the ethical thing. Stopped reviewing, deleted or returned it. The Trump Administration continues to enjoy the benefits of good people doing the right thing, while they do the very opposite.
Good Old Reliable Aileen must be furious. She worked harder to hide that report than she's ever worked on literally anything in her life.
Their incompetence is going to be their ultimate undoing.
The dog ate my DOJ
I would say that DOJ prosecutors just did the same thing that they're accusing the defendant of having done, but the defendant may have done it for public-minded reasons whereas DOJ prosecutors did it carelessly and in the context of an effort to suppress a report that the public has a right to see.
This is like* the time when my grad school sent me my degree before I had defended. I told them that I’d bring it back. The day I was going to take it back I received a second degree. *I was in absolutely no legal trouble
What total fuckmuppetry. Just fucking total incompetence by the government.
✳️OOPS...been waiting for this one. Volume II of Jack Smith's report inadvertently sent out by DOJ...even as Judge Cannon has done her best to prevent it's disclosure. Dets⬇️
the government shouldn’t get do-overs. dismiss the case, pay the defendent’s costs plus a hefty clown shoes bonus, release the report, and then resign in shame
someone in the House or Senate has to get ahold of this thing and read it into the Congressional Record
The Gang that Couldn't Suit Straight
The Justice Department accidentally released former special counsel Jack Smith's sealed report on President Donald Trump to lawyers for the former prosecutor accused of stealing it.
“The Government acknowledges the professionalism and candor of defense counsel in remedying this inadvertent inclusion." Too bad the government lacks the professionalism and candor.
Stupid Trump MAGA criminals doing stupid shit .. to themselves ..
Cannon should be removed as a judge. Loyal to drumpf; waiting for him to put her in sc
