Red Sox extend win streak to 14 after Caleb Durbin's 8th-inning homer
14 straight wins for the Red Sox. Preposterous run. Tonight’s 6-5 win was punctuated by a Tyler O’Neill liner caught by Cheng that had a hit probability of .890.
Can’t recall seeing a Red Sox player turn it around on the field and in fans’ perception as rapidly and drastically as Caleb Durbin has.
JD Drew until the grand slam?
Maybe is wasn’t as dramatic as Durbin’s story but we were a little sour of Pedroia until he figured it out. Tito having faith in him was all the difference.
Probably not, but I remember when Dustin Pedroia was hitting .150 in May and won Rookie of the Year.
Pedroia had a rough start too but he was homegrown and it seemed as though everyone was still pulling for him. Durbin had everything going against him. Have to give him a lot of credit. Glad for him and Sox.
Pedroia had a really bad start as a rookie.
He went from an automatic out to a big time hitter

This song is more powerful than Sweet Caroline!
You know what I’m going to request next time 😎
Playing that melody on guitar through the C/F/G chords is a fun thing to do especially when I attempt to sing as it's the opposite of most music I play and enjoy yet I learned it many years ago for some reason!
