The AEW PPV’s have been so great this year that the standard is astronomical. They were bound to shoot short eventually. The effort’s there. Everyone involved tried hard. But this was a show that could’ve been a Dynamite/Collision double-taping. #AEWRedemption
MJ 🪣8I think the pacing was the issue for me, the first hour bangers probably needed to be slotted between the slower matches in the middle... and the chain match probably could have been somewhere else because it suffered from the lack of blood. which sounds weird to say but it did lmao
AAMS6There's going to be a lot posts like this and a lot of reaction to this, and the reality is that two things can be true. Of AEW's PPV output in 2026, Redemption was the weakest one yet. It was also a really good show that was better than most of what I've seen elsewhere this year.
