Travis Kelce quietly bought a gilded-age, lakefront mansion in Bratenahl, Ohio, in March for $5.35 million, news5cleveland.com reported after the Wall Street Journal first broke the story. The roughly 21,000-square-foot house, nicknamed Moyenage, has eight bedrooms and 11 bathrooms and previously belonged to a former president of Sherwin-Williams and a onetime executive director of Cleveland Clinic Innovations, according to the Encyclopedia of Cleveland History. Real estate records show Figurati Construction Group purchased the property for $1.95 million in 2023, restored it, and listed it mid-2023 with an initial asking price of $6.99 million. David Ayers and Nick Zawitz of The Agency Cleveland handled both sides of the sale and described the estate as “a truly rare Great Lakes estate.” Closing paperwork was signed by Sam Totino, a partner at the Cleveland law firm Calfee who leads its sports and entertainment practice and represents clients including 3 Arts Sports. Kelce, a Cleveland Heights native, bought the Bratenahl property about four months before marrying Taylor Swift, and reports note rumors of a Northeast Ohio second home for the couple had circulated for more than a year.
