yes I’m aware of the fallout obsidian news and all I have to say is firing 25% of a game studio then holding them at gunpoint to make a game they previously stated they didn’t want to make is definitely a choice

If the majority of staff have been fired or replaced then it's by that studio in name only You can't fire 1000s of people who make amazing pieces of art & still expect the remains to make a masterpiece just because it's <studio name>

Lexo1My guess is they’re hoping for a New Vegas situation where they can use Fallout 4’s engine to create a new game is a shorter amount of time. They could also just be putting out a NV remaster à la Oblivion. Either way this sucks all around, and I really hope they don’t out out like Black Isle again

ꔫ MerrySpark ꔫ3Josh Sawyer writing it is somewhat worth my interest, but I also fear what they'll push for in a New Vegas sequel. Ideally I'd want a game set in a completely different location that's only connected to New Vegas in that it has the same style and tone. I don't want it to continue that story.
