Did I enjoy Strange New Worlds film noir episode? Why yes, yes I did. Am I going to be thinking about it in a year? Nope, probably not. And that's alright. In this topsy-turvy world, I eek out joy from wherever I can these days.

King of the Vagabonds 🇹🇼1A good comment I read elsewhere said the only thing that would have improved the episode would have been some instance where they used a light that revealed color on the planet showing everyone had blue skin or something to better explain the resemblance.
On a run of mid shows, some that were better to start: Sugar: mid Ted Lasso: mid Strange New Worlds: mid House of Dragons: mid (except for the finale; that was great) … guess I’ll give Reacher a second chance

I’ve long said the speculative premise of Strange New Worlds is “what if every soul on the Enterprise, including Captain Pike, was extremely hot” and this season they’re taking it to extremes by having Rebecca Romijn in full noir crime boss femme fatale feels like they’re back in their groove
