Isack Hadjar will miss the 2026 Dutch Grand Prix after sustaining a wrist injury during the summer shutdown, Red Bull confirmed. Liam Lawson will step up to drive for Red Bull this weekend, with Yuki Tsunoda drafted into Lawson’s seat at Racing Bulls; Tsunoda previously raced for the squad between 2021 and 2025 and remains Red Bull’s reserve driver. Red Bull gave no further medical details or guidance on whether Hadjar will miss additional races. Hadjar had unveiled a special helmet design for Zandvoort intended to mark his first podium there last year. Lawson first debuted in Formula 1 at the Dutch Grand Prix three years ago when he replaced Daniel Ricciardo after a wrist injury, and there is a two-week gap before the next race at Monza.
